This signature handmade design by Lilia Nash features a pretty blue sapphire, in a flower setting. The 0.56 carat stone is flanked by a tiny Canadian white diamond in the curl of the ring. This petite ring is made from solid 18ct gold and the halo profile band measures 1.5mm.
